EULA - End User License Agreement

COLY PHOTO VIEWER END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

This license describes the conditions under which you may use Coly Photo Viewer ("this software"). If you are unable or unwilling to accept these conditions in full, then, notwithstanding the conditions in the remainder of this license, you may not use the software at all.

The software is owned by Coly Software and is protected by United States copyright laws and international treaty provisions. Therefore, you must treat the software like any other copyrighted material (e.g., a book or musical recording). Paying a single user license fee allows you the right to use one copy of the software at a time. You may install it on two or more computers but you may not permit the software use by two or more people at the same time.

You may not emulate, clone, rent, lease and sell the software. Also, you may not modify, decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the software, or any subset of the software, except to the extent and for the express purposes authorized by applicable law. Any such unauthorised use shall result in immediate and automatic termination of this license and may result in criminal or civil prosecution.

Any use of the software which is illegal under international or local law is forbidden by this license. Any such action is the sole responsibility of the person committing the action.

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS-IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE DEVELOPER BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, OR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER RESULTING FROM LOSS OF USE, DATA OR PROFITS, WHETHER OR NOT ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF DAMAGE, AND ON ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THIS SOFTWARE.

All rights not expressly granted here are reserved by the developer. The developer reserves the right to make exceptions to any of these conditions, or alter these conditions, at any time.

Installing or using the software signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions of the license. If you do not agree with the terms of this license you must remove the software files from your storage devices and cease to use the software.
